My Couch Potato

My Muneez has a habit of watching her favorite tv shows whenever we're at home. Some nights she watches during dinner until it's her bedtime. Some nights she'll watch til it's way past her bedtime. Tonight we had dinner outside & when we got home, she'd insist to watch tv. It was 11pm when I saw the clock & she was wide awake but within minutes & I wished I saw it happened, she was already asleep - snoring away!

My Princess is Two

My little princess before the party at 3pm. We managed to have soto at Gaya Street. No pictures taken. Food was too yummy or we were too hungry.

My Amayra Muneez turned two last Friday and we had a small do at our home. We have just renovated our dining room and fixed up our kitchen and filled it up with cabinets and finally we got an oven and a refridgerator. Cooking couldn't have been convenient these days. We use to cook in the upstairs kitcehn and it was so hot. It was a very tiny kitchen. It's a dry kitchen now. My mum-in-law came down from KL to celebrate our princess's birthday. Since the renoavation and all, we thought of Hari Raya Open House here in KK instead but she insist that we go back to KL this year. Hubby isn't in favor of the idea for now. Me too.

Back to the little munchkin's birthday. We had a party for her at McDonald's last Sunday and she really had a blast with balloons and little friends. It's really nice to see kids having fun. The funny thing was the birthday girl probably didn't know it's her party and couldn't bothered. It's just her and balloons. Thank you to everyone of you who made it. I hope your kids had fun and see you guys in another party! Check out pictures on Facebook. Loads of them there.

Her dress was bought by mum-in-law. Very princess-like and everybody knew she was the girl of the hour. After being overwhelmed by her presents. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse was more important and of course, her balloons. Her cake had a theme and it was the Little Einsteins. My princess loves the Little Einsteins so much, she can sing along to their theme song. She's one big fun! Her cake was made my Aines. Check out her website here. Mummy hope you had the best birthday baby!

My Muneez is Growing Fast!

I can't believe it's almost been two years. I still remember the day when I started labour pains & at the wee morning next day I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. She was beautiful and she changed our lives forever. This baby has grown into an intelligent toddler and I'm always impressed with the things she say or done. It's really beyond my expectation of her milestone. We're celebrating her 2nd birthday at McDonald's this year seeing that she loves to play and she needs more friends to mingle & socialise. Of course, she has friends at daycare & she knows everyone of their names. Impressive, huh? I can't believe it myself! I don't know what to get her this year. We do have a list and we're still thinking what?! She loves the Little Einsteins & other cartoons on playhouse disney. She loves drums & she just love that playhouse at Toys'r'us. Thanks to all who have rsvp and hope to see those of you who're coming!

Contemplating, Contemplating..

I've been so out of touch with my blog these days. I used to blog for money and I've seen the paypal account grow but work & daily activities have got into me pretty drastic. I've contemplated a lot of stuff & always ended up indecisive. Muneez is growing fast in front of us. We've celebrated our 3rd year together & next month, Muneez will turn tremendous two. I wanna study, climb up the ladder, quit my job, the list goes on. On another note, our bedroom needs cleaning up. We've changed the curtains and a lot has to be done. I need to keep dust at bay since Muneez has the same allergy as Dadee.

Happy Mummy's Day

Yea, I know it was yesterday but I had a great time with my loved ones and I just forgot to blogged about it. My day started with breakfast at Kedai Kopi Janggut. We just can't resist the fish noodles. The tomato soup is so yummy. 1Borneo was next on the list because the hubby wanted to get me my gift. I'm sure he didn't want to get something that I might not like so this year I get to choose my gift. We went all over that hypermall and I ended up at Nine West. They had a promo. Buy anything of this price and get another item for a cheaper price - I like! I never get anything that's a new arrival but yesterday was my day and I thought what the heck! Thanks to my hubby!

Shopwiki

I'm a shopaholic. When I gave birth to my little girl, I became the ultimate shopaholic. I would shop for her anything I could possibly think of or see and that includes clothes! Now that she's a toddler and the stroller won't keep her from sitting down while I shop, going shopping with her ends up with me buying nothing and a crying toddler at tow.

I thought my shopping world has fallen a part but alas, I found Shopwiki. It's a shopaholic's dream come true. Now I don't have to worry about not being able to buy clothes for Muneez when we're out because I can do that in the comfort of my home while watching over Muneez playing with her toys.

Shopwiki is the best website ever. Let me just get it straight. Have you ever been in a situation where you just don't know or how to dress your little girl? Well, it happened to me a lot of times and this website is so helpful. It gives me guidelines on how to dress my girl for any occassion and to top it off, they even give accessory ideas for your little lady. They even give you several selections of socks and even gears for the season.

Whether your little girl is 3 or 16 years old, slim or if she's on the heavy side, Shopwiki caters to your little girl's needs. This site will help you and give you so many ideas and before you know it, it's time to buy a new wardrobe for that little princess of yours. For my little girl, over a thousand times I will!

The Kite Runner

I have just finished reading this book and I must say Khaled Houseini is a great writer. I could feel the suspense. At some points I felt I was in Afganistan and it scares me that these people are living there. It's a good book and I love the way the writer puts in words together. Some parts are funny, makes you wanna cry and annoying too! It's a bestseller and I'm gonna look out for that dvd. Heard the book was made as a film. There's another book by Khaled but now I got another book to read.. The Secret..
